Method
- In a glass or pitcher, combine lime juice and grated ginger.
- Add honey and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour in chilled coconut or sparkling water.
- Stir gently to mix, then serve over ice.
Notes
- You can substitute agave or maple syrup if avoiding honey.
- For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne or a splash of apple cider vinegar.
